Google marketing exec joins Medallia at time of digital expansion
PALO ALTO, Calif., October 27, 2016 — Medallia, Inc. (medallia.com), the global Customer Experience Management leader, has appointed Marc Vanlerberghe Chief Marketing Officer. Marc made his name at Google launching and building the Android brand and has over 17 years of executive marketing experience. He will lead Medallia’s global marketing organization.

Prior to joining Medallia, Marc was VP of Marketing for Access and Energy at Google and served as an advisor to Google Capital. Marc also led marketing for Android, Google Play, and Google’s hardware and retail organizations. He has been an active player in the mobile industry for over 20 years.
