Overview
The Medallia Experience Cloud provides a set of Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), allowing development teams to integrate the Medallia platform with other applications and data sources. Medallia APIs allow for a variety of use cases:
- extracting experience data for reporting and collaboration in other systems;
- importing data to combine operational system data with experience data for advanced reporting and analytics in Medallia’s user applications;
- importing data to run various CX processes (e.g., initiating a survey);
- importing data to manage CX programs (e.g., adding or removing users; changing an organizational hierarchy).
