CHAIRMAN AND CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Mark Bishof

As a pioneer in experience management technology with over 40 years of leadership experience, Mark drives Medallia’s vision and execution as CEO. Most recently, he served as strategic advisor and chief business officer for Qualtrics following its Clarabridge acquisition. As CEO of Clarabridge, Mark pivoted the business into a conversational AI leader that sold to Qualtrics for $1.1 billion. Mark also served as CEO of Flexera Software and has been on the Board of the Nature Conservancy, Pace Harman, Bucknell University, and several Thoma Bravo portfolio companies. Early in his career he held leadership roles at IBM, Crossworlds Software, Deloitte Consulting, and Booz, Allen & Hamilton, and spent five years with the U.S. Navy.

CHIEF STRATEGY OFFICER

Sid Banerjee

Over a nearly 30-year career, Sid has amassed deep skills building companies and solutions based on customer experience, business intelligence, and AI-powered technologies. Sid was the Founder and served as CEO, Chairman, and Chief Strategy Officer at Clarabridge. He most recently served as Chief XM Strategy Officer at Qualtrics. He presently serves as Chairman at Prolific, a high-growth technology company that provides a platform for high-quality, human-derived AI and research models. He was a founding employee of MicroStrategy and founder/CEO of Claraview. He also held executive and management positions at Ernst & Young and Sprint. He holds a BS/MS in Electrical Engineering from MIT.

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Bas Brukx

A seasoned financial executive, Bas most recently served as Chief Financial Officer at Therapy Brands, a healthcare software provider backed by KKR. Before that, he held CFO positions at Allego and Clarabridge. At Clarabridge, he played a pivotal role in the company’s strategic growth, culminating in its acquisition by Qualtrics for $1.1 billion. Prior to Clarabridge, he was VP of Financial Planning and Analysis at Vocus, where he was instrumental in a highly successful IPO. His extensive experience spans nearly three decades across various finance roles, including finance management positions at Nexchange and WorldPort, and senior analyst roles at MCI/Verizon, showcasing his expertise in financial strategy, planning, and analysis.

CHIEF TRANSFORMATION OFFICER

Ram Ramachandran

Ram is a technology operating executive with 30+ years of experience in enterprise software. Most recently, he served as President of CareJourney, helping them rationalize their offerings and go-to-market strategy and introduce new innovative solutions while paving the way for profitability in a short span of time, leading to its acquisition. Prior to CareJourney, he served as CTO and SVP of Services at Clarabridge, helping scale their technology and services offerings to become best in class in conversational analytics before its acquisition by Qualtrics. Ram started his career as a founding engineer at MicroStrategy that pioneered the field of Business Intelligence and was a part of their growth from a three-person engineering team to 500+ spanning multiple locations and to $500M in revenue.

CHIEF PRODUCT OFFICER

Fabrice Martin

Fabrice is responsible for the vision, roadmap, and go-to-market strategy for Medallia’s world-class platform and solutions. He brings three decades of experience launching innovative products and award-winning solutions that power and bring value every day to thousands of businesses around the world. Most recently he was Chief Product Officer at Eptura, a Thoma Bravo portfolio company, and now serves as Operating Advisor on their board. Before Eptura, Fabrice held executive positions at Qualtrics, Clarabridge, and MicroStrategy.

GENERAL COUNSEL

Karl Knoll

Karl has spent his career representing technology companies both domestically and abroad for well over two decades. As General Counsel of Clarabridge, he served as the key lawyer/legal advisor on all major business transactions, including acquisitions, partnering arrangements, and joint ventures. His prior positions include being a Partner with Womble Bond Dickinson, an associate in the corporate group at Cooley LLP, and corporate team member at Kirkland & Ellis in London. Karl is an active member of the Virginia Bar, including serving on the Board and as the Chairman of the Business Law Section of the Bar for many years.

Chief Revenue Officer

Jagrit Malhotra

With more than two decades of leadership experience in enterprise software, including extensive time in experience management, Jagrit has a proven track record of building and leading high-performing revenue organizations that thrive in complex, multi-stakeholder environments. Prior to joining Medallia, he served as CEO of GoalTech, a sports and technology startup focused on the Indian market. Before that, he spent more than eight years with Clarabridge and Qualtrics, leading several different business units in EMEA and globally. Early in his career, Jagrit co-founded Lunexa, a consulting firm focused on big data and analytics, that was acquired by Teradata. He started his career at MicroStrategy as an account director and managing consultant.

CHIEF MARKETING OFFICER

Carrie Parker

Carrie is a dynamic marketing executive with 25 years of experience leading high-performing teams, transforming brands, and driving revenue growth for technology and SaaS companies. With deep expertise in go-to-market strategy, she has a notable track record of building brand authority, scaling global demand engines, and delivering business impact. Most recently, Carrie served as Chief Marketing Officer at Cision, where she led a global marketing team to accelerate demand generation and elevate portfolio brands including Brandwatch and CisionOne. Prior to Cision, Carrie’s career spanned leadership roles at Vericast, American Express, Kantar, and Cordial.

CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER

Robert Baca

Robert leads the strategy and execution for the technical infrastructure at Medallia. Robert has over 20 years of experience in managing technical operations, cloud operations, cloud engineering, Dev Ops, and QA. Prior to Medallia, he was the Chief Technology Officer at ICE Mortgage Technology. Robert is passionate about incorporating next-generation technology such as natural language processing to help customers succeed in the digital age, while focusing on collaboration and quality.

CHIEF EXPERIENCE OFFICER

Jodi Searl

Jodi leads the client experience organization at Medallia. Before stepping into this role, she successfully led initiatives to elevate the company’s industry solutions, client success, retention and client value. Prior to Medallia, she was the Head of Global Dealer Training, Customer Experience, for Harley-Davidson Motor Company. Jodi has both a PhD and JD, and spent over a decade as a regulatory compliance attorney for the government and as a professor.

Craig Lyons

Craig is a seasoned services and product leader with nearly two decades of experience in customer experience management, services leadership, technical integrations, customer success, and product management. His career includes senior and executive leadership roles at Clarabridge, Qualtrics, and interface.ai before joining Medallia, where he has partnered with thousands of customers to design, deploy, and grow CX and EX programs across a wide range of industries. A proud veteran of the United States Navy, Craig served as an Electronic Technician specializing in satellite communications and holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Information Technology from Virginia Tech University.

Senior Vice President, Market Development

Tim Duranleau

Tim joined the team in 2019, he has led various functions within marketing and operations and is passionate about bolstering Medallia’s market leadership through brand awareness and demand generation. Prior to Medallia, he held various marketing and leadership roles at CallidusCloud, leading to acquisition by SAP. Tim holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from San Jose State University.

Lourdes Caballero

Lourdes Caballero is a People leader with 15 years of experience shaping culture, scaling organizations, and strengthening leadership. She spent more than a decade at Clarabridge, helping shape the People function through its growth and acquisition by Qualtrics. She continued her career at Qualtrics and, most recently, led People & Culture across the Americas and EMEA at Nuix, driving transformation that strengthened leadership, culture, and performance. People are at the heart of everything she does, and she brings a people-first yet strategic mindset to shaping culture, talent, and growth for the future.
