Tuesday, Feb. 10: 6:00am – 7:00pm

Getting to the Conference

Airport: Harry Reid International Airport (LAS) is approximately 3 miles from the Wynn Las Vegas.
Transportation to the Wynn: Most attendees use a rideshare (Uber/Lyft) or taxi (Curb app).
On-site navigation tip: Wynn is large—plan for walking time between sessions. Room locations are in the app.

What to Wear

Dress code: Business casual
Pro tip: Wear comfortable shoes—you’ll get your steps in.
Bring a layer: Conference spaces can run cool. Evenings in Las Vegas can drop into the 30–40s°F, so a light jacket is recommended if you’re heading outdoors.


Wi-Fi & Connectivity

Complimentary Wi-Fi will be available at the Wynn. You’ll receive connection instructions during hotel check-in and in the conference app.

Training Labs

Training Labs are for Medallia customers only who registered in advance.

Note: You must check in at the Registration Desk to receive your badge before entering the Training Labs.

When: Tuesday, February 10: 8:30am – 4:00pm

Location: Training Lab room locations will be listed in the Experience ’26 app.

Check-in: Please arrive 10–15 minutes early. If you have questions about your registration, visit the Registration & Information Desk.

Reminder: Please bring your laptop and charger, as you will be working in a sandbox during the lab.

Your conference pass includes select meals and refreshments during the program, as noted in the agenda and app.
