General information
The in-person event will take place at the Wynn Las Vegas on February 9-11, 2027.
February 9 is a pre-conference day with activities for Medallia customers and partners. Full conference activities take place February 10 and 11.
Wynn Las Vegas is located at 3131 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89109.
Experience is designed for anyone who manages, impacts, or influences customer and employee experiences. It’s great for teams involved in CX, digital experience, contact center, and employee experience.
February 9 has pre-conference activities for Medallia customers and partners. Activity start and end times vary throughout the day.
Day 1 on February 10 begins with breakfast at 8am. Conference activities run until 5pm, and the day wraps with a party from 7pm–10pm.
Day 2 on February 11 begins with breakfast at 8:30am. Conference activities run until 4pm, with a final wrap party from 4pm–5:30pm.
A typical day starts with breakfast in the Exhibit Hall where you can network, explore new technology, and learn from strategic partners. Next is the day’s opening keynote, followed by a day of workshops, masterclasses, case studies, and panel discussions that help you build for the next era of experience.
Lunch and snack breaks are mixed in throughout the day, leading up to the day’s wrap party with food, drinks, and activities.

Each ticket grants access to the Welcome Party, as well as all Day 1 and Day 2 conference main stage sessions, breakout sessions, networking events, and meals as specified in the program.

Yes, you can transfer your registration to another person. Please contact our registration team at [email protected] to initiate the transfer.
Payments are accepted through major credit cards and online payment platforms. Details are provided during the registration process.
Registration cancellations received by December 31, 2026 will be refunded, with a $100 (USD) processing fee. Unfortunately, no refunds will be made after December 31, 2026. To cancel your registration, please log in to your registration profile.
All government employees or officials who register to attend the Event must identify themselves as government employees or officials on the Event registration page. If you are a government employee or official, or an employee of a state-owned entity, and you are offered free or discounted attendance at the Event, you hereby confirm that you have disclosed your attendance at the Event to your employing government agency in advance, that the employing agency designee has provided you with written pre-authorization to accept free or discounted attendance at this Event and there are no laws, regulations, or policies that prevent you from accepting such attendance benefits. You may be asked to provide evidence of such permission. If you are a government employee or official, or employee of a state-owned entity, you also hereby agree that you shall abide by all relevant rules and regulations imposed by your employing agency during this Event, including those rules and regulations relating to the acceptance and disclosure of gifts and gratuities. You may be asked to present your government issued employee badge at Event check-in.
Yes. The simplest way to get hotel accommodations is to add a 3- or 4-night stay at the Wynn Las Vegas during registration. This includes a price break, and means you’ll be waking up at the conference venue.

If you need to book your hotel separately, discounted hotel rooms are available at the Wynn Las Vegas at a group rate of $329 + resort fees and taxes. Details and booking instructions will be shared in the conference confirmation email.

Our agenda-at-a-glance is available on the Experience homepage. A full, detailed full agenda will be released in January 2027 along with the agenda builder, where you can personalize your schedule for Experience ‘27.
Yes! There are numerous networking breaks, receptions, and interactive sessions to make connections. There’s also a networking feature in the official mobile app to help you meet and chat with other attendees.
While the focus of this conference is in-person, we want many to benefit from the content as possible. The opening keynote will be livestreamed, and breakout sessions will be available to watch on-demand.
Yes! We are pleased to offer Training Labs for Medallia customers that are included with each ticket. These are first-come, first-serve upon registration.
Yes! A couple weeks prior to the event, all registrants will receive an email inviting them to download the Medallia Experience ‘27 app.
