Medallia Names Russell Haswell Vice President of Sales

MENLO PARK, CA—June 6, 2007—Medallia Inc., the world’s leading provider of on-demand feedback solutions, today announced that Russell Haswell has joined the company as Vice President of Sales.

Haswell, most recently head of global sales for CustomerSat, Inc., brings a strong record of leadership and sales expertise to his new position.

“Russ has an ideal background,” said Borge Hald, CEO of Medallia. “He knows the Enterprise Feedback Management market. He’s passionate about scalable, cutting-edge technology. And he has a proven track record of building and managing sales operations.

“By getting Russ to join us, we have further strengthened our senior management team and shown our commitment to expanding into new markets around the globe,” said Hald.

“His reputation for excellence is well-deserved,” said Hald, noting that Haswell has consistently led his teams to achieve consecutive years of strong growth. “He’s a sales professional.”

Haswell comes to Medallia after 20-year successful career with major corporations, including CustomerSat, Frost & Sullivan, Apple Computer and Donnelley Marketing.

”I am extremely excited by the next generation of the Medallia technology platform,” Haswell said. “Medallia has been extremely successful, but with an even more focused and aggressive sales approach, I am confident that we can significantly expand our market share across a more diversified customer base.”

Haswell, a graduate of California State University at Chico, is Six Sigma Green Belt Certified. He was an all-conference baseball player in college and California State Alpine ski champion in high school.
