Senior Talent Sourcer (Contract)

A phenomenal opportunity exists within Medallia’s Talent Acquisition Team for an experienced Talent Sourcer who is excited about building a company. Based either in our London England office or remote within the UK, in this capacity, you will consult with internal leaders to develop deep understanding of talent needs, initiate in-depth and innovative sourcing strategies, research and address gaps in growing markets/high-leverage job profiles, and provide subject matter expertise for future pipeline planning. Striking a balance between immediate impact and generation for future needs, the ideal candidate will recall a history of success applying a data-driven, performance based approach to sourcing talent.
* Position location: London England office or remote within the UK
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
7+ years’ experience in Human Resources, Demand Generation, or Market Research-related discipline, with first-hand experience within a Talent Sourcing and Pipeline Generation capacity
3+ years experience sourcing and talent pipelining for Enterprise level Sales roles within the EMEA region
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Demonstrated understanding of the talent market and how to research, develop, and execute against a plan to produce talent for immediate and future needs
Proficiency with Talent Acquisition technologies (CMS, CRM, internet sourcing tools, campaign management tools, networking/referral technology)
Bachelors Degree in HR, Business, or related field or commensurate professional experience preferred
