Senior Analyst – Professional Services – London

We are looking for someone to join the Professional Services Sales team. This role offers exposure to all parts of the sales process within Medallia, while developing client skills such as negotiation and presentation, amongst our install base across all verticals.
You will: Support the Account Management team on renewals, collaborate with Sales/Account Management and Professional Services (PS) organization on upsell/cross-sell activities, develop and negotiate contracts for the PS org independently, and collaborate with clients on the Medallia Journey.
The ideal candidate is an experienced Senior Analyst who enjoys collaborating with clients and is interested in learning about the commercial side of the business. Professional Services Sales Team Responsibilities:
-Build and continuously develop strong customer relationships that are independent from the Sales Director or Account Manager on a program
-Take Ownership of the contract process and have desire to learn about how to embed successful terms within a customer contract for long-term success and partnership
-Support for the Professional Services side of the Customer Org when any program requires an expansion and commercial conversations may take place -Collaborate with the Sales Director/Account Manager and the PS Program -Take the lead on recommending and scoping the right solution to quickly implement change orders while staying close to large implementations to ensure overall customer success
-1 year of previous Medallia experience and familiarity with Medallia’s technical setup
-Travel Requirement: Less than 25% depending on the region
-Location: London, UK
-Willingness to lean into a customer, regardless of where they are on their Medallia Journey, and work as an additional trusted advisor to the client
-Self-starter and collaborative: You are expected to take ownership and collaborate with other teams across Medallia to get things done
-Comfort engaging with C-Suite level customers and internal resources to uncover the right path for success (e.g., successfully make the case for deal terms internally, advocate a deal on behalf of the client while understanding how to make Medallia successful)
-Comfortable working in a high impact and fast paced environment: Clients frequently require fast turnaround times on smaller projects and flawless execution on small deals gains trust for the larger ones
