Demand Generation Data Analyst (Contract)

As a Marketing team, our goal is to enable Medallia. One way to do this is by centralizing our customer contact data in a single system so that we can segment our communications to the relevant client base. We’re looking to build a template to collect and assign roles to customer contacts to enable our professional services team in their reach outs. Having all of these contacts in one central place will provide the visibility to all team members as we work toward our overall goal to become more aligned with our customers’ tailored needs.
- Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Excel
- Demonstrated experience working with one or more of these systems: Salesforce and Marketo
- Extremely personable and able to work cross-functionally within teams
- Inquisitive with an ability to ask pointed and direct questions
- Good judgment to apply across a variety of situations to collect the right data
- Good communication skills
This will be a 4 week contract.
