2021 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Voice of the Customer

Gartner has named Medallia a Leader in its Magic Quadrant for the Voice of the Customer. Of the 14 vendors evaluated, Medallia received the highest placement for completeness of vision, and Gartner recognized our proven ability to measure and deliver positive ROI.

The report recognized Medallia for:

  • Completeness of Vision
  • Ability to “Set the pace” over the competition for functional innovation
  • Most average departments per program of any other vendor
  • Very strong relationships with leading ISVs such as Salesforce, Adobe, and ServiceNow
