CHAIRMAN AND CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Mark Bishof

As a pioneer in experience management technology with over 40 years of leadership experience, Mark drives Medallia’s vision and execution as CEO. Most recently, he served as strategic advisor and chief business officer for Qualtrics following its Clarabridge acquisition. As CEO of Clarabridge, Mark pivoted the business into a conversational AI leader that sold to Qualtrics for $1.1 billion. Mark also served as CEO of Flexera Software and has been on the Board of the Nature Conservancy, Pace Harman, Bucknell University, and several Thoma Bravo portfolio companies. Early in his career he held leadership roles at IBM, Crossworlds Software, Deloitte Consulting, and Booz, Allen & Hamilton, and spent five years with the U.S. Navy.

CHIEF STRATEGY OFFICER

Sid Banerjee

Over a nearly 30-year career, Sid has amassed deep skills building companies and solutions based on customer experience, business intelligence, and AI-powered technologies. Sid was the Founder and served as CEO, Chairman, and Chief Strategy Officer at Clarabridge. He most recently served as Chief XM Strategy Officer at Qualtrics. He presently serves as Chairman at Prolific, a high-growth technology company that provides a platform for high-quality, human-derived AI and research models. He was a founding employee of MicroStrategy and founder/CEO of Claraview. He also held executive and management positions at Ernst & Young and Sprint. He holds a BS/MS in Electrical Engineering from MIT.

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Bas Brukx

A seasoned financial executive, Bas most recently served as Chief Financial Officer at Therapy Brands, a healthcare software provider backed by KKR. Before that, he held CFO positions at Allego and Clarabridge. At Clarabridge, he played a pivotal role in the company's strategic growth, culminating in its acquisition by Qualtrics for $1.1 billion. Prior to Clarabridge, he was VP of Financial Planning and Analysis at Vocus, where he was instrumental in a highly successful IPO. His extensive experience spans nearly three decades across various finance roles, including finance management positions at Nexchange and WorldPort, and senior analyst roles at MCI/Verizon, showcasing his expertise in financial strategy, planning, and analysis.

CHIEF TRANSFORMATION OFFICER

Ram Ramachandran

Ram is a technology operating executive with 30+ years of experience in enterprise software. Most recently, he served as President of CareJourney, helping them rationalize their offerings and go-to-market strategy and introduce new innovative solutions while paving the way for profitability in a short span of time, leading to its acquisition. Prior to CareJourney, he served as CTO and SVP of Services at Clarabridge, helping scale their technology and services offerings to become best in class in conversational analytics before its acquisition by Qualtrics. Ram started his career as a founding engineer at MicroStrategy that pioneered the field of Business Intelligence and was a part of their growth from a three-person engineering team to 500+ spanning multiple locations and to $500M in revenue.

CHIEF OF STAFF AND HEAD OF CORPORATE DEVELOPMENT

Jamie Hunter

Jamie is a seasoned operations leader with over 15 years of experience in finance, operations, and corporate strategy. She most recently served as Chief Operating Officer at Emburse, where she led key operational initiatives to drive growth and efficiency. Prior to Emburse, Jamie held the role of Chief of Staff and Head of Corporate Development at Intelerad, where she played a pivotal role in the company’s recapitalization alongside TA Associates. Earlier in her career, Jamie was Senior Vice President of Operations at Mitratech, where she played an instrumental role in scaling the business through strategic acquisitions. Her expertise spans operations management, mergers and acquisitions, and financial strategy, positioning her as a strong driver of organizational growth and operational excellence.

GENERAL COUNSEL

Karl Knoll

Karl has spent his career representing technology companies both domestically and abroad for well over two decades. As General Counsel of Clarabridge, he served as the key lawyer/legal advisor on all major business transactions, including acquisitions, partnering arrangements, and joint ventures. His prior positions include being a Partner with Womble Bond Dickinson, an associate in the corporate group at Cooley LLP, and corporate team member at Kirkland & Ellis in London. Karl is an active member of the Virginia Bar, including serving on the Board and as the Chairman of the Business Law Section of the Bar for many years.

CHIEF REVENUE OFFICER

Ben Brewer

Simonetta Turek

Stefanie Wittner

Stefanie dirige la fonction People et Culture à Medallia, apportant plus de 20 ans d'expérience à ce rôle. Depuis qu'elle a rejoint Medallia en 2017, elle a dirigé des fonctions au sein de l'équipe People and Culture, avant d'accéder au rôle de Chief People Officer.

Robert Baca

Jodi Searl

Jodi dirige l'organisation de l'expérience client à Medallia. Tim Duranleau

Tim dirige l'équipe marketing mondiale de Medallia. Depuis qu'il a rejoint l'équipe en 2019, il a dirigé diverses fonctions au sein du marketing et des opérations et est passionné par le renforcement du leadership de Medallia sur le marché grâce à la notoriété de la marque et à la génération de la demande. Avant Medallia, il a occupé divers rôles de marketing et de leadership chez CallidusCloud, menant à l'acquisition par SAP. Tim est titulaire d'une licence en marketing de l'Université d'État de San Jose.
