How can I register for Experience ‘24?
You can register for the conference by visiting our official website here and following the registration instructions.
What is included in the registration fee?
The registration fee covers access to all conference main stage sessions, breakout sessions, networking events, and meals as specified in the program.
Is there a group discount?
Group discounts are available for groups of 5 or more. Please reach out to your Medallia Account Executive for more information on group discounts.

Can I transfer my registration to someone else if I can't attend?
Yes, you can transfer your registration to another person. Please contact our registration team at firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate the transfer.
Is pre-conference training available?
Yes! New this year, we are offering different pre-conference training sessions that you can add to your registration. There are 4 different training sessions taking place in the AM and PM on Monday, February 5th. In addition to those training sessions we are also offering Admin Certification, which also takes place on Monday, February 5th.
Please note that space is extremely limited, so you will want to sign up for training soon!
What payment methods are accepted for registration?
We accept payments through major credit cards and online payment platforms. Details are provided during the registration process.
What is the conference's cancellation policy?
Registration cancellations received by December 31, 2023, will be refunded, with a $100 (USD) processing fee. We regret that no refunds will be made after December 31, 2023. To cancel your registration, please log in to your registration profile.
What if I lose my badge onsite?
All lost badges are subject to a $300 replacement fee.
Do you have a justification letter that I can use to submit to my manager to get approval to attend Experience ' 24?

Does the conference offer hotel recommendations?
Yes, we have secured a limited number of hotel rooms at the Wynn Las Vegas at a group rate of $299 + fees and taxes. Details and booking instructions will be shared in the conference confirmation email.
Can I extend my stay with the group rate?
You are able to request additional room nights at the Wynn up to 3 days prior to the event but due to Las Vegas hosting the Super Bowl, the hotel cannot accommodate extension post event. Please note all requests are based on availability of the hotel. Contact email@example.com to inquire.

Where can I find the conference schedule?
Agenda at a glance is available on the main Experience page. The detailed agenda will be released in early December 2023.
Can I customize my conference agenda and choose which sessions to attend?
Yes, you can personalize your conference agenda when the agenda builder launches in early December. Simply select the sessions you wish to attend from the available options.
Are there networking opportunities at the conference?
Absolutely! We have planned various networking breaks, receptions, and interactive sessions to facilitate networking and connections among attendees.
Will there be a virtual option for attendees who can't attend in person?
While this conference is primarily in-person, we understand that circumstances may vary. The Experience ‘24 opening keynote will be livestreamed. Sessions will also be available post-event.
Will there be a conference app?
Yes! A couple weeks prior to the event all registrants will receive an email inviting them to download the Medallia Experience ‘24 app.
What safety measures are in place due to COVID-19?
The safety of our attendees is a top priority. We will be following local health guidelines, implementing social distancing, providing sanitization stations, and requiring masks in accordance with current recommendations.
