Today we are excited to announce that Medallia is planting a flag in Austin, Texas, with a new office space near the University of Texas opening at the end of summer.  Medallia selected Austin as the Inside Sales Team’s new home because of the rich, deep pool of talent the city attracts, and because the atmosphere of the city as a whole aligns with Medallia’s cultural spirit of energy, enthusiasm, and innovation. We are excited to bring over 30 new job openings to the Austin community as we build out a world-class Inside Sales Team.

Working in partnership with our Sales Directors in the field, you will develop and master skills to create conversations and opportunities with key C-Suite executives and leaders looking to transform their business. You will be at the heart of Medallia’s pipeline engine.
As part of our Inside Sales Team, we will equip you with a top-notch technology stack and enablement resources to help you be a highly effective salesperson. We have also built in career paths for our Inside Sales Team, as we want to retain the great talent we bring to Medallia and help you build a fulfilling career with us.
