Recently we’ve seen a greater focus on how successful companies can embrace new digital technologies to achieve strategic business transformations and win with the customer. This June, Medallia will be at two fantastic events in London to share how businesses can win with Digital CX at two of the industry’s top conferences, and we’re excited to tell you all about them.
The first event will take place June 12-14 during Digital CX World, a part of TechXLR8 and London tech week, which showcases how brands are deploying and integrating technologies that drive customer centric digital growth and improve the customer experience. On Thursday, June 14th, Rachel Lane will be leading “CX In The Age Of Digital: The Medallia & Cartier Story,” During this session, Rachel will share the stage with Thomas Davis, International Director of eCommerce & Digital Services, Cartier, as they take attendees on an exploration of what a best practice digital CX program looks like, and share actionable advice for implementing a successful digital CX strategy with ROI to transform your company’s overall performance.
