Medallia is proud to announce that we received a perfect score of 100 on the Corporate Equality Index (CEI) again this year. The CEI is the nation’s premier benchmarking survey and report on corporate policies and practices related to LGBTQ workplace equality, administered by the Human Rights Campaign (HRC) Foundation. Medallia joins the ranks of over 680 major U.S. businesses that also earned top marks this year.
The 2020 CEI evaluates LGBTQ-related policies and practices including non-discrimination policies, employment benefits, demonstrated organizational competency and accountability around LGBTQ diversity and inclusion, public commitment to LGBTQ equality, and responsible citizenship.
Medallia was especially proud to highlight the work of Q-Field, our LGBTQ+ Employee Resource Group, who volunteered their time and talents to support the San Francisco Aids Foundation, Outlet, and the LGBT Asylum Project, and our Total Rewards team, who ensured benefit parity for same and different-sex spouses & partners and transgender-inclusive health care coverage.
Medallia’s efforts in satisfying all of the CEI’s criteria results in a 100 percent ranking and the designation as a Best Place to Work for LGBTQ Equality.
