I’m about 100 days into my role as President & CEO of Medallia and this milestone just happens to coincide with CX Day, giving me yet another reason to celebrate.

I joined Medallia because customer experience changes business outcomes and when you think about it, it’s how the best companies compete. At Medallia, we are proud and humbled to help businesses win through CX.

While it’s true: CX Day is every day for us at Medallia, we took the opportunity to have a little fun with one of our customers to honor the occasion. See our surprise for JOANN.
