The Medallia Mobile application enables customers to access all the benefits of Medallia—rich reporting capabilities, real-time customer experience monitoring, and tools to save at-risk customers—wherever they are, without compromising the user experience. Inspired by requests from Medallia customers, this application provides fully integrated customer management and service recovery workflows. This application works on iPhones and iPads.
Customers can use the Medallia Mobile application to:
- Retrieve customer survey data as soon as it is entered
- Receive customized pre-set alerts. For example, when a customer gives a low score after an interaction with your firm, the local manager could be notified immediately.
- Respond to negative comments immediately. Give your front line managers the ability to pro-actively engage detractors and resolve issues.
