Trendwest Selects Medallia as Agency of Record for Customer Feedback Measurement
MENLO PARK, CA–October 4, 2006—Trendwest Resorts, Inc., the developer and marketer of the world’s third-largest vacation ownership program, recently chose Medallia to run its customer satisfaction tracking program.
Trendwest is one of the newest additions to the brand portfolio of Wyndham Vacation Ownership (WVO), the world’s largest vacation ownership company, with more than 140 resort properties in North America and the South Pacific and more than 750,000 owners. Trendwest is the second WVO brand to run Medallia: Fairfield Resorts implemented Medallia in 2005.
“Trendwest had been using a comment card system,” said Medallia vice president Steve Earwaker. “Medallia’s unparalleled technology made Trendwest’s decision to migrate from their old program an easy one.”
