Medallia Announces Venue of 2007 Best Practices Conference
MENLO PARK, CA—May 3, 2007—Medallia today announced that it would host its 2007 Best Practices Conference for the hospitality industry from September 12-14 at The Cloister Resort in Sea Island, GA.
The conference, the third hosted by Medallia, will bring together executives from the nation’s largest hospitality and hotel companies. Speakers will cover a range of topics, including loyalty models, guest segmentation, and advances in tracking technology.
By inviting clients and non-clients to the conference and designing interactive sessions, the event facilitates a dialogue about guest satisfaction issues across the whole industry. “Attendees have told us the event provides an information exchange environment that is unparalleled in their experience,” said Elizabeth Carducci, head of Medallia’s hospitality practice.
First held in 2004, Medallia has decided to make the conference a regular event “because of the enthusiastic response to our past conferences,” said Carducci.
