Medallia Announces Venue for its 2004 Best Practices Conference
MENLO PARK, CA—March 8, 2004—Medallia will host its inaugural conference on best practices in customer feedback management at The Greenbrier Resort in White Sulphur Springs, West Virginia. The dates of the conference are September 13 to 15, 2004. Session topics will include integrating multiple data sources, using customer feedback to drive operational improvements and customer recovery, and leveraging new technology.
