VP, Product Management

Medallia, Inc., a rapidly growing, profitable SaaS company, is the leader in Enterprise Feedback Management. Our solutions help companies track, manage, and improve the leading indicator of business performance—customer experience—to win in the marketplace.

Our mantra is “Build Great Products.” Our products are implemented worldwide (at more than 50,000 businesses and business units) and make a real difference in companies’ abilities to improve their performance. We bootstrapped our way to a market leadership based on a product that customers not only love, but also evangelize.

Product Management at Medallia

Everything we build is motivated by our passion to help our users achieve their end goals. We listen to our customers before designing—they’re partners! And we become experts on our customers’ industries, roles, daily “to dos,” and best practices. It is only then, when we’ve walked in our customers’ shoes, that we design, iterate, and execute.

And we’re agile; we believe in structured agility. As we grow, it’s critical we stay focused on our core: a user-centered organization. Process? Yes. But just enough to enable our people to consistently deliver great software.

This is where you come in.

We’re looking for a professional with vision and a believer in structured agility. We’re looking for a leader; an energetic self-starter capable of inspiring and managing our growing team of high-performing, creative, world-class talent.

Sounds like you?
